Sophie’s Berry, Lime & Ginger Gut Shake

Ingredients

  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 1 scoop of Gut Performance
  • 30g baby spinach
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp minced/grated ginger

A delicious gut health shake with fresh, fruity and spicy flavours. A great refreshing drink for hot Summer days. Recipe by Sophie Tilley.
