I wanted to share with you my experience using this product for just one week.....I suffer from chronic constipation-usually one bowel movement every 7-8 days....last week, taking Gut Performance every day and changing nothing else in my diet or training, I pooed EVERY DAY! They were still a little hard, but the urge to poo was there! OMG. I'm hoping that with more time regularity, my stools will soften more. I have literally tried everything! And aside from taking an actual laxative (and usually I have to take more than recommended) nothing has helped. I'm so happy and can't wait to see what happens!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Honestly @gutperformance has been a lifesaver this trip.Thank you! I have spent the last week feeling uncomfortable and bloated and woke up the last couple of mornings after taking this and you guys are absolute lifesavers.

Gut Performance is amazing! I brought it off the cuff when in @nutritionwarehouse restocking protein due to feeling very bloated. Little did I realise how bloated I actually was! I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now and have seen such a big difference! My husband says I've definitely lost weight, plus I feel great with more energy in the gym and day to day life. I bloat like a balloon whatever I eat. I changed my nutrition over and over again it was so frustrating! Since I've started hitting the gym and seeing results it was even more annoying. I wanted that nice flat tummy too, but no, I had to deal with that annoying s**t and trust me I was often in so much pain.

Day 1 of my 30 day Gut Performance trial... After months of illness, some surgery and a whole lost of antibiotics I'm so excited to be giving this a go! My body could do with something good to replace the bad bacteria in my gut.

Day 2 Gut Performance trial... I have to say, I'm noticing a difference already. It's a subtle difference, but it's there.
For close to a year, I've woken up each morning with what can only be described as a heavy feeling in my gut. This is due to inflammation and digestive issues I've been suffering from.
