When is the best time to take Gut Performance? Anytime is a good time to take Gut Performance. If taken with, or close to a meal it will lower the GI (Glycaemic Index) of food. Many customers love it first up in the morning and many take it at night. It is totally up to you.
What does Gut Performance taste like? Gut Performance is like a mild berry flavour. Most of our customers have given it the taste test tick and love it. It can be mixed with your protein shake, smoothie, yoghurt, in cooking, etc. (Heat and cold do not affect its goodness).
How often should I take Gut Performance? It really depends on how much your Gut needs to normalise. We recommend one scoop twice a day for 3 to 5 days for some customers with severe bloating then onto one scoop daily.
