When is the best time to take Gut Performance? Anytime is a good time to take Gut Performance. If taken with, or close to a meal it will lower the GI (Glycaemic Index) of food. Many customers love it first up in the morning and many take it at night. It is totally up to you.
What does Gut Performance taste like? Gut Performance is like a mild berry flavour. Most of our customers have given it the taste test tick and love it. It can be mixed with your protein shake, smoothie, yoghurt, in cooking, etc. (Heat and cold do not affect its goodness).
How often should I take Gut Performance? It really depends on how much your Gut needs to normalise. We recommend one scoop twice a day for 3 to 5 days for some customers with severe bloating then onto one scoop daily. Fitness Professionals and athletes who are prepping and needing extra assistance with their diet (Gut Performance is rich in micronutrients), take it twice daily to reduce bloating, nourish the gut, assist in fibre intake, and keep your gut happy and regular in this stressful prep stage of dieting.

I've only been using gut performance for 7 days so far. Im currently in a comp prep and was experiencing some digestive issues with the adjustment of my body weight, calories, stress levels etc. I was struggling with bloat and constipation, lots of gassiness etc. Since taking gut performance and readjusting my meal plan to more simple, low fibre foods, i have noticed my bloat has decreased, outling abs and my flat tummy alot better than before. Im more regular with bowel motions and less gassy. I will continue to take this product throughout my comp prep as well as my reverse diet and build. Im feeling a lot more comfortable in my digestion now !
I don't usually write reviews, but this product has changed everything for me.
I suffered from a lot of food intolerances, couldn't eat eggs for years. After 3 months of using it, I decided to try eating eggs again. Safe to say Gut Performance is no joke.
I haven't had any bloating or gut issues since and am now able to enjoy all the food I once did. I also noticed when usually consistently my craving for sweets are reduced 🙂
By far the best product I have ever invested in.
When I first started with Lucinda and she asked the confronting questions of how often do I go to the toilet etc etc.
I never really thought it was an issue.... gut performance has made a HUGE change to my digestive system. Some mornings I actually wake up feeling hungry.
If I get really busy and don’t use it for a few days I notice a big change.
So weird, I didn’t think it could make such a difference. I’m eating the most I’ve eaten, and waking up hungry.
