Who is Debbie?
I am 64 years old. A Mother, Wife, Grandmother. I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphona in May 2011. I had chemotherary over a period of 5 years and continue on immunotherapy to this day.
When and why did you introduce Gut Performance into your Every Day?
Amongst other things, Chemotherapy and the medications I had to take really affected my gut health. I became severely bloated and constipated, two things that had never happened to me before. I didn’t want to rely on laxatives as I felt it was a band-aid effect to bigger gut health issues I had going on.
It was at this time I had heard of the trials of the ingredients in Gut Performance and asked the Clinical Team if I could be a part of the trial. That was 2012 and I have never looked back.
I have Gut Performance every day, twice a day if I am on a course of antibiotics or if I am extremely nauseated. I know that I am getting the essential micronutrients into my diet for my gut health. I can honestly say that over the time I have been taking Gut Performance my gut health and regularity has been amazingly managed.
What other things did you do to help on the road to Recovery?
I’ll credit Gut Performance and maintaining my gut health as a huge part of my recovery along with a positive outlook, Yoga, walking, a healthy diet and being surrounded by family and friends.
