When is the best time to take Gut Performance?
Anytime is a good time to take Gut Performance. If taken with, or close to a meal it will lower the GI (Glycaemic Index) of food. Many customers love it first up in the morning and many take it at night. It is totally up to you.
Other products I’ve tried give me the runs, will Gut Performance?
Gut Performance should not give you the ‘runs’, though we have customers who have reported an increase in bowel movements in the first 2 to 3 days. More so in people who’s Gut health is more unsettled.
I’ve tried other products and some of them taste foul! What does Gut Performance taste like?
Gut Performance is like a mild berry flavour. Most of our customers have given it the taste test tick and love it. It can be mixed with your protein shake, smoothie, yoghurt, in cooking, etc. (Heat and cold do not affect its goodness).

How often should I take Gut Performance?
It Depends on how much your Gut needs to normalise. We recommend one scoop twice a day for 3 to 5 days for some customers with severe bloating then onto one scoop daily. Fitness Professionals and athletes who are prepping and needing extra assistance with their diet (Gut Performance is rich in micronutrients), take it twice daily to reduce bloating, nourish the gut, assist in fiber intake, and keep your gut happy and regular in this stressful prep stage of dieting.
What can I mix Gut Performance with? Can I add it to my protein shake?
It can be mixed with your protein shake, smoothie, yoghurt, in cooking, etc. (Heat and cold do not affect its goodness). Whatever you like really!
I heard it contains Sugarcane juice – is that right?
No. The whole-cell fiber and micronutrients of the Sugarcane Stem (sucrose removed) are extracted using a patented process that does not damage the integrity of the extracted product. The sugars, juice and pulp are discarded to leave the rich micronutrients and high fibre content by-product. More information can be found here:
